On May 31, 2012 the Government of British Columbia passed Bill 14 which addresses revisions to the Workers Compensation Act as it relates to compensation for mental disorders.
WorkSafeBC has created a Mental Health in the Workplace webpage with links to tools, publications and other resources designed to help promote mentally healthy workplaces.
